This is in compliance with the prevailing Information Technology Act, 2000 (hereinafter referred to as the “IT Act”) and the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011 made under the said Act.

This Privacy Policy applies to genxitservices.com and its employees, staff and team members who collect, possess, use, process, record, store, transfer, disclose, deal, handle and receive, sensitive personal data or information of users/customers. Personal Data or Information we collect about you, the purpose of collection, storage and usage of such data or information, to whom such data or information may be disclosed/transferred and how we protect your privacy.

For Legal Requirements: including but not limited to government agencies, entities or as may be required under law and/or statutory authorities, Reserve Bank of India and Credit Information Bureau India Ltd (“CIBIL”) or in response to legal/Court proceedings, for the purpose of verification of identity, or for prevention, detection, investigation including cyber incidents, prosecution.

At Genx IT Services, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we invite you to review our returns and refunds policy outlined below.

  1. Cancellation Policy
  • a). You are entitled to cancel the order at no additional cost except gateway fee (if any) if the product is not shipped within 4 working days post order is placed.
  • b). Cancellation Post Dispatched: If order is cancelled post dispatch shipping charges (both ways)+ Gateway charges (if any) will be deducted before refund.

2.1. 14 Days Return Policy

You are entitled to return or replace your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided that the product meets the following conditions:

  • a). The product is damaged defective, or significantly different from its description on the product detail page*
  • b). The product has missing parts or accessories, or any included items

2.2. Warranty > 14 days

Genx IT Services reserves the right to change the method by which we provide service, and the eligibility of your product for return or replacement may vary based on your location. Service options, replacement availability, and response times may differ depending on your state or city.

Warranty Process (timelines)

  • 1. It will take up-to 30 days to resolve the issue as multiple legs are involved – Technician visit/ pickup/delivery and repair at our warehouse. If not resolved within the timelines, Genx IT Services may choose to replace/refund at a nominal depreciation value of 1% per month. This depreciation will be calculated based on the number of days the asset was used.

2.3 Conditions for Return

To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following conditions:

  • a. The product must be returned in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • b. The product must not have been damaged while in your possession, and it must be the same item that was shipped to you.
  • c. Any device that stores personal information must have all such information removed prior to returning. genxitservices shall not be liable for any misuse or unauthorized use of such information.
  • d. Products that were purchased by mistake or for buyer’s remorse (e.g., incorrect model or color) may be eligible for return with a deduction*
  • e. Ensure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. genxitservices is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping due to improper packaging.

2.4 Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via About us page. If your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how/where to send your package.

  • a. Do not return items without first requesting a return. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
  • b. For certain products, a technician visit may be scheduled to evaluate the condition of the item. The technician’s report will determine the eligibility of the return or replacement.
  • c. Post validation if below quality checks fail , return will be accepted without any charges
  • d. In case of replacement approved, the replacement product will be shipped out in 24-48 hrs post the initial system is received at our warehouse.

2.5 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • a. Products that are not in their original condition.
  • b. Products damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer except for replaceable items (eg – keyboard/back panel damage)
  • c. Items that were customized or personalized at the time of purchase or post purchase
  1. Refund Process

RTO – Product Not Delivered and Returned to us (Return to Origin)

  • a. Once the product reaches our warehouse within 24-48 hrs we will initiate a refund. The amount will be credited back to source in 14 business days deducting the courier charges except for Non-Customer dependent scenarios
  • Ex – Non Serviceable locations, Mis-routed
  • b. For COD orders, if the customer does not pick up the call at the time of delivery and the product is returned to us for this reason, the partial amount paid at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.

Delivered to Customer – Product Returned due to defect/Non Defect

  • a. Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it will be inspected (time taken will be 24-48hrs), post the inspection refund will be initiated which will be credited to your account in 14 business days.
  • b. Refund will be processed back to source (from where the payment was received/original payment method), if it’s a COD amount it will be credited to the bank details provided.
  • c. You may incur additional fees on the refund processed, based on below conditions/TnC’s

Product Defective – No additional charges will be charged except for the months used as per Return policy

Non Defective (as per quality Check) /Does not like – A restocking fee of Min 10% or 3% per month whichever is greater will be deducted. If there is any induced damage below are the charges which will be deducted additionally

Genx IT Services reserves the right to modify or update this returns and refunds policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates.

  1. Company Rights

Genx IT Services reserves the right to:

  • a). Refuse a return if the product does not meet the above conditions.
  • b). Limit the number of returns or exchanges for customers with a history of excessive returns.
  • c). Determine the eligibility of a product for return, replacement, or refund at its sole discretion.
